1. Sign up for the experience
Either subscribe to every Not Yet Named Wine Co. vintage or buy bottles from a single vintage to join our democratic winemaking community.

2. Co-create your wine
Vote on up to 15 decisions over 18 months to democratically create your wine, covering grape selection, fermentation, maturation, naming & labeling and blending & bottling.

3. Drink your wine
Attend release parties each year or get your wine delivered and receive an invitation to visit our partner wineries and meet your fellow winemakers.

A. Grape selection
Choose red or white, pick from the available grape varieties and select the harvest date.

Select your favourite options for skin maceration, yeast selection and pressing.

Select oak, stainless steel or something else, decide on racking and batonnage.

D. Naming & Labelling
Your Not Yet Named wine will need a name and you can design a work of art for the label.

Choose the blend, the bottle and decide if any any fining, filtration or final adjustments is required

Pay £30 per month to be a part of every vintage and receive 6 bottles, twice per year. Or, pay £55 per month to receive an addition 6 bottles per year of the other wines we make.
You can cancel at any time.
You can opt out of any particular vintage and instead use your credit to buy any items in our shop, including merchandise, events and our other wines.

Subscribers receive 6 bottles every 6 months.
If you sign up shortly before a release, you’ll still receive bottles for each month you’ve been subscribed—so nothing is missed.
Our wines typically take around 18 months from harvest to release, so while you're waiting for the first wine you've helped make, you can either:
Receive wines from our back vintages, or
Skip a release and save your bottles for later.
Each monthly payment counts as credit toward one bottle of any wine we produce. You decide what to redeem at each release.

Once the wine arrives in the UK, we will hold a party in London to celebrate. It's a good chance to collect your wine, avoid delivery fees and meet the fellow members who created the wine with you! This will be the first chance for you to taste all our wines from that vintage.

Of course, you can! Each year, we organise a self-funded trip to the vineyards and winery (Northern hemisphere) to taste your wine in barrel. Depending on the stage wine making process, we may have blending sessions or acidity adjustment trials so you can make decisions based on how the wine tastes. The trip is free for subscribers with a small admin fee for those who buy by the bottle. You are also more than welcome to visit us at any time, just with less organised fun.

You will receive an email from us whenever there is a decision to be made. We will only provide you with good options and with all the pro’s and con’s for each option.
If you’re unsure of what to decide you can of course abstain or pass your vote to another person!
For each bottle purchased you will receive 1 vote, so the more you buy, the more influence you have. Just like a real election ;-)
You will also be invited to a Whatsapp group to debate the decisions with your members.
