Not Yet Named Blind Wine (techniques!) Tasting
Join us for a blind wine tasting… with a twist.
Friday 11th July 18:30 - 22:00
Instead of guessing grapes and regions, you'll be challenged to identify barrel types, yeast strains, and winemaking techniques. It's a rare chance to explore how specific production decisions shape the final wine in your glass.
Led by Alex Brogan, winemaker at Not Yet Named Wine Co., you’ll taste four wines completely blind—no labels, no preconceptions. Through guided discussion, you’ll learn about the winemaking processes behind each one, then take your best guess at the techniques used. (You can guess the grape and region too, if you like!)
This is a fun, educational evening for curious drinkers. You'll pick up some great insights to help with future Not Yet Named Wine Co. voting decisions—and meet fellow wine lovers in a relaxed, social setting.
🍕 Bonus: We’ll serve fresh pizza alongside the wines—because wine and pizza is always a good idea.
🎁 Member perk: Not Yet Named members who bring along someone new will get a £10 NYN credit—plus serious kudos.
👥 Limited to just 12 guests, so grab your spot early!
Details
📍 Location: 67b Lofting Road, London, N1 1JA
🎟 Tickets: £55 for non-subscribers (10% discount for subscribers)
🍷 Includes: 5 expertly guided blind wine tastings + pizza dinner
Stick around after the tasting—bring a bottle to share if you like (blind optional)!
