At Not Yet Named Wine Co., we believe in spreading democracy—especially when it comes to food and wine.
After the huge success of last year’s democratic pop-ups, we’re doing it again with Chris Berry! And you get to help shape the menu.
🍽 How it works:
Chris Berry—alumnus of multiple Michelin-starred kitchens and part of the opening team that earned Hide its first star—will create a shortlist of delicious options for each course.
You vote on your favourite starter, main, and dessert ahead of time… and the winning dishes are what you'll be served on the night!
Each course comes with a perfectly paired wine, selected by winemaker Alex Brogan, of Not Yet Named Wine Co. Expect thoughtful wine matches, insights into winemaking, and some lively conversation around the table.
