Winning Grape Tasting: Wed 20th August
📍 The Sampler, 266 Upper St, London N1 2UQ
đź“… Wednesday 20th August
đź•– 19:00 start
🍷 Piedmont overview and 4 wines · £35
🎟 Limited spots – RSVP required
By this date, we will know what the winning grape is for NYN’s vintage 7 in Piedmont! We will taste multiple examples of this grape side by side.
Join us as we explore how different winemaking techniques shape the final expression of our chosen grape (yes, we will know by then!). This is your chance to taste the possibilities—and become an informed voter before the next big decision.
We’ll pour four wines that reflect different stylistic approaches to our grape, discuss what is behind the different flavor profiles and open the floor to discussion. As with all good democracies, robust debate (and generous sipping) is encouraged.
This will also be our last event before our winemaker, Alex, heads to Piedmont to put your votes into action. So, if you’ve got opinions, ideas, or gentle political pressure to apply—now’s the time.
Bring a friend, sharpen your palate, and come help shape the wine we’ll all be drinking soon (or not-so-soon depending on those votes!)
£35 per person · Spaces are limited · Reserve now below
